How to delete SongCapsule data from iCloud
If you’re experiencing issues using SongCapsule, try deleting its content from iCloud.
Steps
Delete SongCapsule from your iPhone or iPad.
Delete its iCloud data by going to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage > SongCapsule, then tap Delete Data.
Go to the App Store and download SongCapsule again.
