Next makes its debut on iPad
A new and beautiful way to enjoy all your Magic DJs and playlists on a bigger screen
Sorcererhat today announced that Next — the music app that’s the perfect companion for Apple Music — is now available on iPadOS. Following today’s update, users can also enjoy it on iPhone and iPad.
The new 1.5 version has everything that you’d expect from a great iPad app: a sidebar with access to your Magic DJs and playlists, Split View and Slide Over for multitasking while listening to your mixes, widgets to quickly open Next and remember your forgotten songs right from iPad’s Home screen, and more.
Next for iPad also makes it easier to explore your favorite artists and genres from your music library. It features a two, three, or four-column design to take advantage of the size of your Apple tablet and has full support for iPadOS’ Dark and Light modes.
As always, Sorcererhat respects your right to digital privacy: everything happens on your device without tracking.
Where to Download
Next 1.5 is now available as a free update on the App Store. It requires iOS or iPadOS 14 and an active Apple Music subscription (or a local music library with synced songs.)
